I am so grateful to Alcoholics Anonymous and the programs insistence that There is one who has all power and that one is God, may you find Him now. AA forced me to meet the God issue head-on and told me that if I was going to get and stay sober then I must overcome my emotional confusion and solve the God problem.

Although the movie “The Secret” was a huge success, it was more or less just another money maker for those involved. For many viewers it is just too good to be true. It is full of hype and promises that are unrealistic for our current stage of human development.

I first saw the movie ‘ The Secret ‘ about 7 months ago. I was fascinated by the idea that if I set my mind on something and remained completely focused on it, I would be able to have it and / or achieve it. However, I saw one thing missing in the film’s message - you need to not only focus but begin taking some form of action. I am going to use myself as a case study in just starting to take some form of action in combination with the concepts in the movie to provide a powerful combination.

I met Foster Hibbard many years ago.
