When is good not good enough? We usually think of such an expression in a negative light. We might think of a parent pushing his or her child to achieve greatness. We might also think of a company intimidating its employees telling them that a good performance doesnt cut it and that they should be making more money.

Why we so desperately want to be in control of our life? Trying something new, doing crazy things is so unbelievable, just because of the fear losing control? Maybe its human nature to be in charge of everything relationship, work, family. Stereotype or bias that suddenly changing your life direction leaving everything behind is something bad and amoral.

Greatness does not come from abroad, it is from above. Therefore, you are helpless without God. The most important factor for your greatness is God and you. It is not your employer, because he never wishes you to be greater than him anyway. If you are very good with your vocation, the best thing that will happen to you is an increase in your salary. They will never hand over the ownership of the company to you, but your employer will keep you as long as you are productive.
