Many people are satisfied with being followers and spend their lives in the shadow of mediocrity. They are the wage earners who work from nine to five and are comfortable in their choice. They want someone to take charge so they can follow at a safe distance. They are confused and frightened, and hesitate to step out in front of the crowd for fear of failure.
